Job Summary

The Chief Information Technology Officer will be responsible for the strategic design, support, and oversight of the technology infrastructure, including network and telecommunication systems, for Diversified Labor Solutions. This role also encompasses managing security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic protected health information (EPHI).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor IT staff, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Lead the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of IT personnel.
Establish performance goals and monitor staff adherence to agency policies and procedures.
Actively contribute to agency-wide strategic planning and program development initiatives.
Coordinate staff training and professional development in line with evolving technology trends.
Participate in cross-functional committees to align technology services with the agency's objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 5 years of network administration experience and 5+ years of helpdesk or systems support experience.
Certifications in network administration, cybersecurity, or related fields (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Network+) preferred.
Valid New York State Driver's License and willingness to travel for work assignments as needed.
