Job Summary

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer patient care practices in accordance with department and hospital policies/procedures to ensure patient safety.
  • Complete ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations.
  • Demonstrate radiation protection/safety for patients, staff, and self, as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.
  • Provide clinical services according to radiology practice standards and act as a resource to radiography students and other technologists.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • CT Certification within one year of acceptance.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Radiologic Technologist within 12 months.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiography.
