Key Responsibilities
  • Injury Prevention and Early Intervention: Provide proactive injury prevention services, including ergonomic assessments, postural education, and first aid care, to prevent workplace injuries and promote a healthy work environment.
  • Employee Engagement and Education: Work one-on-one with employees to assess their risk of injury, provide posture coaching, and promote overall wellness and self-care.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Safety Department, Medical Staff, and Production team to assess risks and develop ergonomic solutions to prevent injuries and promote a safe work environment.

Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and state licensure, certification, and registration in good standing.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the assigned shift.
