Job Summary:

The Field Technician IV is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the seamless installation and repair of equipment at client locations. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware installation and decommissioning of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting and repair of data center hardware and networking infrastructure
  • Rack and stack of data center equipment, including servers, networking devices, and monitoring systems
  • Documentation of activities and creation/modification of SOPs
  • Decommissioning of data center hardware
  • Inventory process, ordering replacement parts, and returning failed parts as required
  • Structured cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting of fiber/copper/telecom cables
  • System power supplies and cabling installation, troubleshooting, and repair

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of server/storage/network hardware

  • Valid US driver's license and clean MVR

Working Conditions:
