About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. in Canby, Oregon. As a pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental delays, disabilities, or injuries achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics preferred.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, and limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
