Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the People Services team, the HR Services Coordinator will be instrumental in facilitating HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and timely HR service delivery. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting the daily functions of the HR department. The coordinator will address escalated inquiries and complex cases that exceed the scope of initial support levels, ensuring top-tier customer service for HR second-level support while responding to organizational needs.

Core Duties:

Serve as a point of escalation and coordinate assistance from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), HR Business Leaders (HRBLs), Payroll, and Centers of Expertise (CoE) for the resolution of intricate cases. Address escalated inquiries related to employment policies and programs promptly, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs). Foster collaborative relationships across the organization to deliver customer-focused HR services. Assist in the execution of recurring HR programs and processes, including performance management and talent development initiatives. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the People Services team. Collaborate with other HR functions to identify challenges, streamline processes, and enhance employee experiences. Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding process changes in consultation with HR compliance and cross-functional partners. Support the integrity of employee records and HR system data through effective internal controls. Collaborate with the Digital Experience team to enhance self-service content and provide training as needed. Contribute to the development of HR Services representatives on policies and procedures. Provide region-specific support based on local needs. Act as the primary contact for most cases, escalating to CoEs and People Solutions when necessary. Participate in HR system projects and improvements, collaborating with various teams. Regularly prepare and review documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with HR policies.

On-Site Responsibilities:

Provide on-site HR support for Employee Relations as needed. Partner with People Leaders to address employee-related issues. Offer face-to-face HR support in locations with larger employee groups. Assist with onboarding and compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with HR leaders during on-site crisis management situations.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of local labor laws. Experience in process documentation. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong customer service and quality improvement skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on enhancing business performance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English and local languages.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 5 years of HR generalist experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a specialized area. Experience in a tiered shared service model.

Working Conditions:

Ability to sit for extended periods and be available to support manufacturing teams as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Strong process management and analytical capabilities. Familiarity with Human Capital Management Systems and customer service platforms.
