Key Responsibilities
  • Client Representation: Advocate for clients in various labor and employment disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
  • Legal Counsel: Provide expert advice on a wide array of labor and employment matters, such as discrimination, harassment, wage compliance, employee benefits, and labor relations.
  • Document Drafting: Prepare and review employment-related documents, including contracts, severance agreements, and non-compete clauses.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough research to remain informed about current labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Compliance Advisory: Guide clients on best practices to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Administrative Proceedings: Manage administrative matters before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Labor (DOL).

Qualifications
