Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Coordinator RN to join our team at Ascension Seton Northwest. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, at Dell Children's Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee program development, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
  • Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered.
  • May supervise and direct nursing staff.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • 2 year ED or Critical Care experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with Performance Improvement preferred.
