Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to established standards.
- Ensure that washing processes utilize the correct soap and rinse chemicals.
- Identify and remove any damaged or broken items from service areas.
- Assist in stocking food and non-food supplies as they arrive.
- Manage waste disposal and the breakdown of packaging materials.
- Conduct deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment regularly.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and practices.
- Wash and properly store all kitchenware and tableware.
