* A winning culture that drives our agents to succeed, with a focus on selling a lot of real estate.
* A tech stack that makes their job as easy as possible, including a CRM, transaction management back-end system, and metric and KPI tracking.

Our track record speaks for itself: we\u2019re positioned to succeed in any market, thanks to our numerous channel partner relationships. Our agents are opening 2-3 escrows a month within their first 60 days of being with us, and we\u2019re converting hundreds of transactions annually from online lead sources.

**Job Details:**

* Job Type: Full-time
* Pay: $48, $196,492.21 per year
* Benefits: Flexible schedule
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Self-determined schedule
* Weekend availability
* Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
* Commission pay
