Job Description

We are Style Inc Stores, a husband and wife run company that owns and operates several popular and successful independent retail clothing stores in the area. With over 15 years of experience, we have recently experienced explosive growth and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team.

The Store Operations Manager will be instrumental in supporting, training, and holding accountable our store managers to ensure consistent and exceptional performance across all locations. This role will leverage talents to drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success and growth of our business.

Our stores are fashion forward, carrying world famous brands and the latest trends. We love to assist our clients in finding complimentary products to make them look their best.

We carry a wide range of brands, including Quiksilver, Roxy, Billabong, Ray-Ban, Oakley, Vineyard Vines, Lilly Pulitzer, Tommy Bahama, Guy Harvey, Birkenstock, Salt Life, Huk, Pelagic, Hey Dude, Patagonia, Salty Crew, and Travis Matthews.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manager Support and Training:

Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to store managers to help them meet and exceed performance goals.

Conduct regular training sessions on company policies, procedures, best practices, and new initiatives.

Assist in the onboarding and training of new store managers.

  1. Performance Monitoring and Accountability:

Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure store performance.

Monitor store performance regularly and identify areas for improvement.

Hold store managers accountable for meeting performance targets and taking corrective action when necessary.

  1. Operational Excellence:

Collaborate with store managers to ensure operational processes are efficient and effective.

Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

Implement and maintain standards for store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising.

  1. Customer Experience Enhancement:

Work closely with store managers to create a positive and engaging customer experience.

Gather feedback from customers and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Communication and Collaboration:

Foster open and transparent communication between store managers, corporate teams, and other departments.

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and finance to achieve company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or hospitality management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with retail management software.
