Job Title: Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team at Organized Living. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing and serving as a liaison between our company and its network of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow assigned customer relationships, ensuring continued world-class support and adoption of Bid360.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and providing support to dealerships in various aspects of their operations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
  • Ensure customers adhere to company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual agreements.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven successful experience in customer service, sales support, or customer relations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach to resolutions.
