About the Role

At Refraction AI Inc., we're revolutionizing last-mile delivery with our cutting-edge autonomous mobile robots. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of packages in urban settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and operate robotic vehicles to conduct deliveries
  • Complete vehicle inspections and log vehicle information
  • Problem solve issues during delivery fulfillment
  • Track delivery issues and communicate with operations team
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams to inform technology advancements
  • Complete minor repairs on vehicles
  • File post-trip reports with operations team
  • Partner with local operations team to improve delivery service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Strong communication skills
