Sales Executive, Personal Insurance

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Travelers Insurance. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of agency assignments, optimizing growth potential, and exceeding year-over-year growth and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a portfolio of agency assignments, including prospecting and appointing new agencies
- Optimize growth potential of agencies, utilizing Travelers sales tools within a consultative sales framework
- Develop competitor intelligence and collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and validating data used to make strategic market changes
- Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Agency Diagnostics and ability to accurately assess agency operations
- Advanced ability to Influence the Sale and convince agents to represent and promote Travelers products and services
- Intermediate ability to Advise Agents and deliver results, focusing on the bottom line and pushing self and others to meet set goals
