Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Kimball Midwest. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

• Conduct regular customer visits to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity

• Effectively communicate the value and quality of our products to potential customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

• 1st year compensation plans range from $55,000-$95,000

• Uncapped commission earnings

• Medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and a deferred compensation plan

• Ability to move to and from potential or actual customer and associates' locations and company meetings at locations within the assigned geographic area of responsibility while holding the required insurance coverage minimums

• Use of personal electronic device that is in compliance with the company's Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy
