Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Co-op Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Co-op Mechanical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support design tasks, including calculation, simulation, CAD modeling, analysis, and component sizing
  • Component or system level mechanical testing
  • Component teardown analysis – physical teardown, inspection pictures, documentation
  • Interfacing teams – effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks
  • Responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
  • Self-motivated & driven to achieve results
  • Assertive approach to solving problems
  • Ability to prioritize
  • The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty pounds
