Customer Service Representative

At Family Dollar, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise, answering any questions they may have.
  • Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other store associates to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
