Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Child Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect quality care to residents, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect quality care to residents, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.
- Coordinate resident care activities with other members of the health care team.
- Supervise the nursing care given.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in long term care.
