Machine Learning Data Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and technical Program Manager to join our AIML Data Operations team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts, planning resources, tracking budgets, and leading all aspects of high-level timelines for our annotations projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with teams across Apple's ecosystem to deliver high-quality annotated data that meets their needs.
- Plan and manage resources, track budgets, and lead project timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for collaborators, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Develop and maintain high-level project timelines, ensuring all landmarks and deadlines are met.
- Prepare budget forecasts and reports to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management in a technical and highly cross-functional domain.
- Experience in leading a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring prioritization balances short-term and long-term goals.
- Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent in partnership and relationship building.
- Follows through on commitments, exhibiting a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.
- Strategic problem solver, continually looking for ways to increase efficiency and decrease confusion for customers and operations teams.
- Self-directed and proactive, thriving in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with annotated data and ML researchers.
