About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Machine Learning Platform and Technologies (MLPT) team in AI/ML. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in simplifying and accelerating the adoption of machine learning in Apple products and ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with teams across Apple to deliver ambitious capabilities for executing machine-learned features on Apple hardware.
  • Develop and maintain complex software platforms, tools, and processes that deliver new end-to-end experiences on-device.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business partners to translate needs into technical roadmaps and deliver measurable business or product value.
  • Use data and metrics to drive actions and make recommendations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in product/project/program development.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale engineering products or platforms involving machine learning, data processing, and data analytics tools at Internet scale.
  • Ability to engage with business partners, translate needs into technical roadmaps, and deliver and effectively communicate with executive stakeholders.
  • Passionate about delivering the best user experience to internal users by actively surveying user needs and translating requirements into a feature roadmap.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior PM or engineering experience in Machine Learning training or inference technologies.
  • Experience using objectives and key results to drive product outcomes.
