Job Description:

Highmark Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the GI Lab. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing human responses and planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for individuals or families.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in a professional practice setting

Assign or delegate tasks based on the needs of the patient and skill level of the RN, LPN, or support staff

Participate in department-specific quality initiatives and assure appropriate order sets are used

Supervise, delegate, and evaluate assigned LPN scope of practice as appropriate

Requirements:

Completed RN training program and have PA RN licensure or have applied for practice permit

CPR Certification

Certification in area of specialty (preferred)
