Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Float Pool (Part-time) position at Highmark Health is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our float pool team, you will have the flexibility to work on various units and shifts, allowing you to gain diverse experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan patient care based on individual needs and preferences
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote patient safety
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• CPR certification
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances
