The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of products within the warehouse and loading/unloading trucks for shipment to customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support production floor by picking up and delivering product as needed
- Properly stage orders and execute the staging of finished goods
- Learn and understand SAP applications regarding inventory, production, and shipments
- Know and understand all shipping and receiving protocols and procedures
- Maintain equipment and perform required safety checks and cleanings
- Maintain a safe and clean environment within and outside the facility
- Organize and maintain organization in all Warehouse areas
- Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, pulling and staging orders, loading trucks, transport documentation, and inventory control
- Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong computer skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of forklift experience within a manufacturing operation
