Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of products within the warehouse and loading/unloading trucks for shipment to customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support production floor by picking up and delivering product as needed
  • Properly stage orders and execute the staging of finished goods
  • Learn and understand SAP applications regarding inventory, production, and shipments
  • Know and understand all shipping and receiving protocols and procedures
  • Maintain equipment and perform required safety checks and cleanings
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment within and outside the facility
  • Organize and maintain organization in all Warehouse areas
Requirements
  • Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, pulling and staging orders, loading trucks, transport documentation, and inventory control
  • Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong computer skills
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of forklift experience within a manufacturing operation
