Job Summary

The Service Coordinator provides operational support for the St Peters facility, encompassing clerical, administrative, and technical responsibilities. This role is on-site 5 days a week and is not hybrid or remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clerical: Handles phone and email correspondence, develops and distributes various correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintains and orders supplies, departmental files, and schedules maintenance on equipment.
  • Operations: Manages CF Blower scheduling, maintains parts shortages lists, and works closely with Procurement in multiple plants to ensure due dates are met.
  • Service: Maintains price lists, administers parts order entry and processing, and directs repair requests to appropriate Service Tech, Service Engineer, or Service Center.
  • Training: Develops and maintains a record system to ensure appropriate training is completed and recorded per ISO. Assists with software training and provides technical support for department users.
  • Quality: Supports quality objectives through the utilization of quality work instructions, requisitions, and corrective action notices. Maintains and/or generates quality reports.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED (or international equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, sales, or service environment.
  • Effective communication with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and SAP.
