Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor PKI Programs to ensure seamless operation and compliance with security standards.
  • Provide expert-level support for PKI-related issues, including certificate issuance and system-related problems.
  • Serve as a PKI Registration Authority, conducting face-to-face user validation and ensuring accurate identity verification.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage policies related to PKI, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with new and developing protocols, specifications, techniques, and standards related to PKI and cryptography.
  • Coordinate and resolve Information Assurance-related trouble tickets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Create installation and training documentation to support the onboarding of new employees and the maintenance of existing systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to new and current employees on PKI-related topics, ensuring a high level of understanding and proficiency.
  • Engage in supervisory responsibilities, mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on PKI-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or Associate degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or HS diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Security+ or higher certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain CI Poly Clearance.
  • Ability to work Shift hours, with the specific schedule to be identified upon hire.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team setting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience working in a home office setting and the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.
