Job Title: Senior PKI Administrator

Chenega MIOS SBU is seeking a highly skilled Senior PKI Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT security team, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our government customers, supporting the management and monitoring of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) programs, and ensuring the security and compliance of our PKI systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of asymmetric and symmetric encryption key technologies and their application to support a public key infrastructure (PKI)
  • Serve as a PKI Registration Authority and conduct face-to-face user validation
  • Support development, maintenance, and management of policies related to PKI
  • Maintain awareness of and competency with new and developing protocols, specifications, techniques, and standards related to PKI
  • Coordinate and resolve Information Assurance related trouble tickets in connection with PKI
  • Create installation and training documentation for PKI systems
  • Provide training to new and current employees on PKI systems and procedures
  • Engage in supervisory responsibilities and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years relevant experience OR Associate degree and 8+ years relevant experience OR HS diploma and 10+ years relevant experience
  • Security+ or higher certification required within 6 months of hire
  • TS/SCI clearance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to obtain CI Poly Clearance
  • Ability to work Shift hours, nights/weekends/holidays as required
  • Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting
  • Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
  • Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues
  • Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired
  • Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it
