  • 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft productivity tools, including Office 365 and MS Teams.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in creating technical documentation and knowledge articles.
  • 4 years of experience using ServiceNow in a support capacity.
  • 5 years of experience working in a multi-vendor support environment.
