What You Will Be Doing:

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND JOB TASKS:
  • Performing a variety of cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards.
  • Visually inspecting rooms to identify maintenance needs.
  • Assisting guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or requested information.
  • May assist in laundry or cleaning public spaces as needed.
  • Ensuring an exceptional experience for guests by promptly and efficiently handling requests and inquiries.
  • Contributing to a positive working atmosphere for our diverse team members and guests.
  • Availability to work weekends, as they are our busiest days.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY, AND CAPACITY:
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Understanding of cleaning procedures and supplies.
  • Capacity to work without direct supervision.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Requires knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to completing 2 years of high school.

EXPERIENCE: Prior cleaning experience is useful but not mandatory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks.
  • Ability to lift items as needed throughout the workday.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
  • Reports to the Cleaning Executive or Assistant General Manager.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with all hotel departments.
