Compensation:

Competitive pay rate ranging from $33/hr to $42.30/hr based on experience, plus a bonus structure totaling $750 ($250 after every 160 hours worked for three cycles).

Work Schedule:

Available shifts include both day and evening options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver general nursing care services, encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Evaluate the healthcare needs of patients through routine assessments and develop tailored nursing care plans.
  • Conduct health screenings for patients.
  • Respond promptly to emergency healthcare situations.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of patient health status.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Educate patients on treatment methods as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Provide health education to promote wellness and manage illness or injury.
  • Responsibilities may vary based on departmental assignments, including areas such as Emergency Room, infection control, and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Active Registered Nurse License.
  • 2-3 professional references.
