We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Auto Club Group. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members and customers.

About the Role:

  • Provide sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products, and banking services.
  • Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agent when appropriate.
  • Provide cashiering services to members, including taking and processing payments for insurance policies, travel, and sale of tickets.
  • Receive and resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management when necessary.
