At Xcel Energy, we're seeking a skilled Customer Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer interactions through multiple channels in a Contact Center environment.
  • Anticipate customer needs and offer solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Respond to complex inquiries and provide technical support to customers.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations with accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including work on special projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months of customer service experience or equivalent experience promoting products and services.
  • High School Diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual/Spanish experience is preferred.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Proficient in hardware and software technology with a focus on Microsoft Windows products.
