We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team in providing an exceptional customer experience.

As a manager, you will be responsible for creating an inviting store atmosphere, mentoring your team in sales techniques, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. You will also participate in local business events and represent Viaero Wireless as a key member of the community.

Key responsibilities include inventory management, addressing customer concerns, managing work schedules, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the store.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license. An Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. Relevant sales experience, preferably in a management capacity, is essential. Experience with commission-based sales is highly desirable.
