Job Title: Masters Level Clinician CCBHC

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
  • Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
  • Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
  • Meet billable hour productivity standards.
  • Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
  • Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
  • Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
  • Three to five years' experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
  • Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
  • Must have an active three letter or associate license.
Work Environment:

Standing - 10%

Sitting - 90%

Lifting - Occasional

Pay Range:

$60,000 - $70,000 (All three-letter license and Associate and pending licenses)

$70,000 - $90,000 (All 4-letter license)

Candidates with years of experience may be eligible for additional pay.
