We offer a two week PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (RBT) will use ABA techniques to encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones.

Ozark, AR: Mon-Fri 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm (20hrs/wk)

ABA Therapy is a growing field and provides a chance to work one on one with children of all ages and across the Autism spectrum. Take your joy of working with children to the next level and be a part of something that will have a lifelong impact on these children

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Works 1-1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.

Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.

Updates working availability in the EMR platform.

Documents services performed in an accurate and complete fashion.

Completes all assigned company training and submits proof and/or documentation as needed to maintain credentialing with payers.

Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).

Ensures communication is conducted in a manner which is aligned to HIPAA standards.

Arrives on-time to scheduled services and notifies supervisor(s) of any client changes to preference or schedule.

Notifies leadership of any compliance issues.

Performs other related duties as required.

18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.

Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.

Minimum 1 year working with children.

Reliable transportation.

Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.
