Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Client Care Supervisor to join our team at the Flagstone Family Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of social services staff, providing training and guidance, and ensuring the smooth delivery of client care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of social services staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality client care services.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on psychoeducation, mental health assessments, and techniques such as motivational interviewing.
  • Collaborate with the social service staff to develop linkage agreements and serve as a liaison with other community-based organizations and local mental health service providers.
  • Work with clients to break through barriers to achieving their goals and assist them in advocating for themselves and moving towards self-sufficiency.
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with low-income, high-needs families.
  • Knowledgeable about child development, trauma-informed care, culturally affirming and responsive work, and family-based clinical interventions.
  • Ability to maintain clearances throughout the duration of employment.
Compensation

$36.00 - 40.00 per hour
