We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical assembly tasks based on drawings, schematics, and models.
Key Responsibilities- Perform mechanical alignment of parts in orderly detail resulting in a finished product.
- Perform electrical tasks such as wiring, soldering, and testing electrical connections.
- Abide by all associated assembly test procedures and documenting results.
- Regularly utilize hand/power/pneumatic tools, etc.
- Communicate with other departments to maintain production efficiency.
- 2-5 years of mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Experience in using an assortment of hand tools (torque wrench, wire cutter, wire stripper, various electrical terminal crimpers, drills, electrical meters, etc).
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.
