Job Description

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development of next-generation manufacturing automation for device postponement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver complex manufacturing automation for new Amazon Devices, working across all engineering disciplines.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and deliver against project goals, including technical and operational deliverables.
  • Partner with external Automation Integrators and Suppliers to successfully deliver on project goals.
  • Drive consensus on technical decisions and ensure the appropriate resources are employed to deliver high-quality results.
  • Lead the development and decomposition of comprehensive functional requirements & specifications.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience in hands-on work managing complex technology projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience managing automation integrators and suppliers to deliver solutions on time and on budget.
