Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech and language disorders under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the SLP with assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans as directed by the SLP, conducting therapy sessions with students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other members of the educational team, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes.
  • Document student progress and treatment plans in accordance with district and state guidelines.
