Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar industry, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with Microsoft products. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and prioritize daily service calls to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the Owner with daily updates on team performance and service delivery.
  • Set up new customer accounts in our field management software and implement procedures to enhance the service department.
  • Oversee a crew of field service technicians, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on ongoing jobs, including part ordering, quote sending, and customer communication.
  • Closely monitor and address any issues or concerns that may impact service delivery or customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar service industry (e.g., Plumbing, HVAC).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual: Spanish Speaker is a plus.
Location

This role is based onsite in Englewood, New Jersey.

Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
