Job Summary

Responsibilities

As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also work collaboratively with our team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health and provide support to our clients in achieving their goals.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields and clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, etc.). You should have experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills. You should also be able to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients and be comfortable and familiar working with a diverse client base.
