Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and unique Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in Smyrna, TN. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis reviews and case notes
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with our dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
  • Prefer candidates with a valid state of Tennessee license
  • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults
  • Prefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools
  • Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
  • Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
