Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients, working collaboratively with our team to achieve our mission, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as case management and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients and community.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Valid state of Tennessee license to practice as a mental health professional.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
