**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Remote Mechanic Jobs. As a key member of our team, you will specialize in the repair and maintenance of commercial buses. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel repair and maintenance, specifically for commercial buses. Additionally, you should possess strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in commercial buses, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
  • Perform engine rebuilds, routine maintenance, and inspections to ensure optimal performance of buses.
  • Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as complete brake repairs and other system-related issues
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure buses are ready for safe and reliable operation
  • Test bus performance and identify areas needing repair or replacement.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines while performing repairs.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and national averages.
