Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Safety Coordinator to enhance our operations. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to safety protocols, facilitating safety training, and fostering a robust safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA and other pertinent safety regulations.
  • Training: Lead safety training sessions for both existing employees and new recruits.
  • Inspections: Conduct routine safety audits and inspections of equipment and facilities.
  • Incident Reporting: Investigate and document workplace accidents and incidents.
  • Safety Programs: Design and implement comprehensive safety initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a safety-related position.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to conduct training sessions and presentations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

This position is full-time and requires onsite presence, with a standard schedule of 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, and occasional travel to various locations.
