Job Description

A highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional is sought after by a General Contractor to support their President. This role requires a blend of administrative competencies and an understanding of the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our executive team's activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and the timely flow of information.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive team.
  • Manage and organize project-specific information, ensuring easy access and retrieval by the executive team.
  • Coordinate and prepare for executive meetings and presentations, including material preparation, agenda setting, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in the coordination of company events as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
