- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies, procedures, and technologies.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for nursing staff, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department setting.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of improving patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
