Key Responsibilities
  • Provide shift leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies, procedures, and technologies.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
