Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Industrial

KPS Global is a leading manufacturer of walk-in coolers and freezers, serving the retail food market and industrial applications. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager - Industrial to join our Sales Group.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager - Industrial will be responsible for developing key relationships and strategically selling KPS Global products and services into scientific, enclosures, cold storage, and specialty markets. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the industrial market and be able to leverage their expertise to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve top and bottom line objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in assigned accounts
  • Solve field problems and consult with customers to ensure best solutions delivered for customer situations
  • Coordinate with other functions to ensure customer projects are successful for both the customer and KPS Global
  • Work with customers to understand how KPS Global can be a more complete solution
  • Lead the introduction of new products to customers in assigned territories
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant solution selling experience
  • Experience in the insulated panel or industrial industry preferred
  • Construction experience in addition to exposure to field service preferred
  • Proven ability to communicate well with internal management and fellow team members in addition to external customers, service providers, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Value Selling skillset and training
Travel:

Up to 75% travel required, with a preference for candidates living close to major airports.
