Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Development: Mentor and educate nursing staff on best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve patient care issues, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address complex concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience, with 2 years of charge nurse experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities.
