We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst I Revenue Integrity to join our team at UF Health. This role will facilitate financial, clinical, and decision support information in a team environment to support management objectives.
The successful candidate will analyze and synthesize data from multiple systems and databases to provide information for leaders to make informed business decisions. They will communicate complex data and information to leaders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret key performance indicators, metrics, data points, and formulas to support management objectives.
- Communicate complex data and information to leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Work with a wide customer base across all levels of leadership to improve operational efficiencies and resource allocations for improved revenue cycle performance.
- Assist revenue cycle leaders to investigate and design strategic initiatives to improve revenue cycle statistics, reporting capabilities, and overall performance.
- Participate in initiatives to determine how processes can be aligned with best practices to achieve optimal results, measurable change, and a quantifiable, positive contribution.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or Business-related field. Master degree preferred. Associate's degree and 3 years of experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree requirement.
- Two (2) years of health care data analysis experience with in-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications including Microsoft is required.
- SQL report writing capabilities and Business Objects and EPIC hospital information systems experience preferred.
