The Southeastern Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (SCADD) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Coordinator to lead our Withdrawal Management program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, oversight, and operational support to ensure the delivery of high-quality treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct Supervision: Supervise clinicians and/or recovery staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide guidance on clinical approaches and new initiatives.
- Staff Orientation and Training: Orient and train new staff on program and clinical expectations, as well as clinical approaches and new initiatives.
- Documentation Review: Review and approve all clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, reports, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other client-related documents in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in facilitating weekly multidisciplinary team meetings and support the identification of client needs that cannot be met at this level.
- Client Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety guidelines are followed and compliance with State and local health, safety, and fire codes.
- Direct Care: Perform direct care as needed to meet contractual obligations and budgetary performance expectations.
- Licensure: Fully licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism a plus.
